Richey Brownfield, Chief Operating Officer

Richey Brownfield has held operations leadership roles at MDI Group since 1999. As the company's Chief Operating Officer (COO), he brings substantial IT staffing operations and consulting experience in the implementation and administration of contingent workforce management programs. In addition, Richey's background includes software development, software quality assurance, business systems analysis and IT project management.

Prior to his position as COO, Richey was Vice President of Branch Services and led MDI Group's project governance practice. He also managed the company's vendor management program and helped design MDI’s contingent labor acquisition workflow processes for multiple Fortune 500 clients.

Prior to his career at MDI Group, Richey was a systems analyst at both Siemens Energy & Automation and NCR. Richey earned a BBA in Management Information Systems from The University of Georgia's Terry College of Business and currently participates in several associations, including the TechServe Alliance.
