Inavero and TechServe Alliance are conducting a client research project to better understand and define the best practices for selecting and utilizing a flexible IT workforce. Share your opinions and experiences with the online survey below.
MDI Group, along with TechServe Alliance (a trade association that is a collaboration of IT services firms, clients, consultants and suppliers dedicated to advancing excellence and ethics within the IT services industry), and an independent and well respected research firm, Inavero, are embarking on an effort to produce a research-driven, fair and balanced guide to understand how best to optimize the use of the flexible workforce.
To do this correctly, we will need your assistance for this once-in-a-decade research project that will benefit all that utilize a flexible technical workforce.
The research will include input from all stakeholders within the technical staffing community: Clients, Consultants, and IT and Engineering services firms from all over the United States. Information will be gathered through an online survey. The data will be analyzed on an aggregate basis with confidentiality maintained and presented as a comprehensive best practices report. Only the independent research firm will have access to the raw data.
WHY SHOULD YOU PARTICIPATE
This research will help you understand the key drivers for all stakeholders:
- What makes for successful staffing firm and consultant relationships?
- How can IT firms optimize the value they derive from their technical staffing providers?
- What types of positions and projects are best suited to utilizing consultants?
- What do IT firms consider the most important qualities in a technical staffing firm?
- What attracts high-demand technical talent?
- What can all stakeholders do better?
In return for filling out the survey you will receive an executive summary of the findings which will include identification of best practices on managing the contingent workforce. You will also be entered into a drawing for your firm to win a complimentary telephone consultation with the lead analyst on the results of the study and its implications.
