MDI Group, along with TechServe Alliance (a trade association that is a collaboration of IT services firms, clients, consultants and suppliers dedicated to advancing excellence and ethics within the IT services industry), and an independent and well respected research firm, Inavero, are embarking on an effort to produce a research-driven, fair and balanced guide to understand how best to optimize the use of the flexible workforce. 

To do this correctly, we will need your assistance for this once-in-a-decade research project that will benefit all that utilize a flexible technical workforce.

The research will include input from all stakeholders within the technical staffing community: Clients, Consultants, and IT and Engineering services firms from all over the United States.  Information will be gathered through an online survey.  The data will be analyzed on an aggregate basis with confidentiality maintained and presented as a comprehensive best practices report.  Only the independent research firm will have access to the raw data.
