Management Decisions, Inc. Creates Finance and Accounting Solutions Division

ATLANTA, Georgia - Management Decisions, Inc. announced today that is expanding its professional services to include Finance and Accounting Solutions (MDI-FAS). MDI-FAS will provide a full range of non-attest professional accounting services including accounting, finance, financial/SEC reporting, project management and internal audit.

MDI named Frank Fenello as President of this newly created FAS division. Fenello, a Certified Public Accountant, will be responsible for developing the business, recruiting professionals, servicing clients and managing the practice. Fenello noted that, "There is a high demand for Finance and Accounting services due to a shortage of professional accounting resources, statutory changes, peak demand periods, internal corporate requests or unforeseen turnover." Fenello further explained that, "by providing experienced project professionals, MDI assists clients in areas such as Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, account reconciliation, internal audit, management reporting, and other general accounting services."

It was important for MDI's growth that it expands its ability to support current clients while diversifying the services offered. CEO Ella Koscik explained that, "This new division has been driven by our clients' requests that our services also include Finance and Accounting solutions in addition to our Information Technology services."

Fenello has over 10 years of professional consulting and leadership experience in the finance, audit and related project services industry. He started his career in auditing with Deloitte and Touche, and he moved to Deloitte Consulting and other consulting firms where he specialized in Business Process Reengineering and ERP System Implementations. Most recently, he was the Managing Director of an international professional services firm that provided clients with professionals in Finance and Accounting, IT and Human Capital Management.
