MDI announces 17th consecutive year of growth

Revenues in 2004 topped the $45 million mark

ATLANTA (February 16, 2005) - Management Decisions Inc. (MDI) reported yet another year solid financial results. With revenues exceeding $45 million, 2004 represented MDI's 17th consecutive year of profitable growth.

"Our 2004 strategy was two-fold: Diversify into medical staffing and further develop our IT Division's Project Governance and Technical Staffing services. Our strong results were driven by the positive response from our clients," said MDI CEO, Ella Koscik.

All aspects of MDI's business grew in 2004. MDI showed a 38 percent increase in the number of consultants and a corresponding 15 percent increase in revenue. "It is clear that companies are hiring again. They are also now funding the IT projects that have been on hold for the past couple of years," said MDI IT Division President, Amy Vasquez.

MDI Medical also demonstrated substantial growth and is now delivering its traveler staffing services nationally in 47 states. Candace Berk, President of MDI Medical noted, "By maintaining our focus on providing travelers for Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Language Pathology, we maximized our opportunities in 2004."

MDI's successful 2004 was recognized by the business community when it received the "Built to Last Award" from Catalyst Magazine for its long term financial and operational performance. MDI was also ranked by the Atlanta Business Chronicle, Women's Enterprise and DiversityBusiness on lists of top performing businesses.
