Our MVP is based on industry best practices, and effectively delivers both real cost savings and process improvements.
These best practices recognize that there are three major constituents of every Managing Vendor Program - the client, the vendors, and the managing vendor. The unique needs of each must be satisfied for the MVP to be successful.
Our MVP service is both flexible and scalable. Because the process is tool independent, we can either provide these services using your vendor management tool or we can implement a tool from our VMS partner, Peopleclick.
