Ella was named a “Top 25 Power Women to Watch” by Atlanta Woman Magazine and awarded the 2010 “Trailblazer of the Year” by the Greater Women’s Business Council of Georgia and the Carolinas for entrepreneurial success and innovation.
Through her 20-year award-winning leadership with a focus on integrity, entrepreneurship and philanthropy, Ella has groomed and retained key leadership and employees for more than 10 years. She built MDI’s strong hiring, training, executive training and development program.
Among his many achievements, Richey launched and managed MDI Group’s Contingent Workforce Management division and played an integral role in developing the Managed Service Provider (MSP) programs utilized by multiple Fortune 500 clients. As COO, Richey was instrumental in restructuring the company’s service delivery strategy to focus on local markets where the business operates, diversifying its client base and growing consultant headcount, which strengthened the company’s value proposition and presence in each local market served.
