As CEO, Chairperson of the Board and owner, Ella oversees the nationally recognized success, growth and profitability of the premier Atlanta-based IT staffing solutions firm. She ensures the profitability of a $50M company with 120 clients nationwide, 60 internal employees and hundreds of technology workforce consultants in seven offices: Atlanta, Charlotte, Dallas, Fort Worth, Greenville, and Phoenix.

Ella was named a “Top 25 Power Women to Watch” by Atlanta Woman Magazine and awarded the 2010 “Trailblazer of the Year” by the Greater Women’s Business Council of Georgia and the Carolinas for entrepreneurial success and innovation.

Through her 20-year award-winning leadership with a focus on integrity, entrepreneurship and philanthropy, Ella has groomed and retained key leadership and employees for more than 10 years. She built MDI’s strong hiring, training, executive training and development program.

Charles M. Modlin – Partner in the corporate department of Seyfarth Shaw LLP where he advises private and public companies on issues ranging from day-to-day operations to capital market transactions.

Richard J. Mortland – Former CFO of MDI with 45 years of retail banking, mortgage and varied financial experience.

Shawn Poole – Executive vice president and CFO of EmployBridge with rich experience at the executive level in both human resources and financial leadership roles.

Theresa Senter – Retired Coca-Cola IT Executive with 39 years of experience in the area of global deployments, user productivity, mobility, large scale implementations, enablement and innovation.
