January 23, 2011 (Atlanta, GA) – MDI Group announced today the promotion of veteran Branch Director Brian Knapp to the position of Vice President of Service Delivery for all MDI Group offices nationwide. In this Role, Knapp will maintain responsibility for standardizing MDI’s full range of fulfillment activities as well as assessment, design, and delivery of all fulfillment services.

The Phoenix Branch Director position vacated by Knapp will be filled by another veteran of MDI Group’s Phoenix office, Senior Client Manager Allan Dunn. As Branch Director, Dunn will have primary responsibility for developing and managing all sales, branch operations, and personnel development activities for MDI Group in and around Phoenix.
